Guests loved it because...

My flight does not arrive until 23:40 but you show check-in times only until 24:00. There is little prospect of arriving before 24:00 so is there a later check-in option?

In fact, we can leave the keys into a security box with code near the main door so you coudl check in whenever you need. I will modify the check in time on the site. Thank you.

Do you offer luggage storage after checkout, our flight home is not until 9pm

We can store the luggages. We do it for free while we are at home (around 2:00 p.m.), or for about €10 if we have to send a colleague home later.

Appartment on a first floor is not recommended
Location
We stayed in an appartment on a first floor. I wouldn’t recommend it. Too noisy and the room is exposed to anyone. Feels like living in an aquarium

Great Location but Don't Choose the Ground Floor Apartment
The apartment is on the ground floor of a beautiful house located between the touristy areas of Seville and the more laid back residential and business areas. The location could not be better and the local restaurants a few doors from the property are amongst the best we found. The ground floor apartment in the property makes good use of the small space and is a good value place to stay.
The ground floor apartment is a converted breakfast room/bar and has the major disadvantage of not having an opening window. The poor air quality in the room becomes worse when vehicles park outside in the street leaving their engines running and the apartment smells of the diesel smoke that percolates the gate/window to the street which has many gaps and homes in it. Also the sheet metal of the separation from the street offers no sound proofing from the noise outside.

although the location was very good, this place was a bit of a disappointment. It definitely does not look like the pict
The terrace and the bedroom were nice and the location was very good.
The property was very dark, not much light unless you were out on the terrace. The T.V remote didn’t work in the sitting room so couldn’t change channel’s and the other T.V didn’t work at all. There was no cleaning cloths in the kitchen and only 1 tea towel. Also there was a lot of light bulbs not working which made the kitchen and sitting room feel even darker. we didn’t see our host one time during our stay.
